Intern - Scientific Programmer

  • Job Description:

This position involves building predictive models from real world data of political science governance indicators. The model will be used to research and develop predictive societal indicators for radicalism.

  • Requirements:

Enrolled student in BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent with mathematical maturity, software tools experience for modeling, statistics, spreadsheet and database experience (Belief networks, R, Excel, Access), and US Citizenship or Permanent Visa are required. Geospatial systems exposure a plus.

Intern - GIS

  • Job Description:

This position involves building dynamic route planning algorithms using real world traffic data along with GIS knowledge layers. The model will be used to build risk-based route planning applications.

  • Requirements:

Enrolled student in BS in Earth Sciences or equivalent with mathematical maturity, GIS software tools experience for modeling and statistical analysis, and US Citizenship or Permanent Visa are required.

Intern - Knowledge Management

  • Job Description:

This position involves supporting the development of innovative state-of-the-art knowledge management solutions for government intelligence applications, and its commercialization for the business intelligence market. In this position, you will work on prototyping, and developing software components, and integrating these components into our knowledge management solutions. You will also be contributing to customer presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • Requirements:

Enrolled student in BS in Computer Science, or equivalent program, programming experience (C++, C# or Java, SQL, ASP.NET), knowledge management application domain knowledge, familiarity with software engineering practices (source control, UML), oral and written communication skills, and US Citizenship or Permanent Visa are required.

Intern - Information Security

  • Job Description:

This position involves supporting the development of innovative state-of-the-art knowledge management solutions for information security applications, and its commercialization for the IT market. In this position, you will work on prototyping, and developing software components, and integrating these components into our knowledge management solutions in a small project team environment. You will also be contributing to customer presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • Requirements:

Enrolled student in BS in Computer Science, or equivalent program, programming experience (C++, PHP), information security domain knowledge, familiarity with software engineering practices (source control, UML), oral and written communication skills, and US Citizenship or Permanent Visa are required.
