We design in up front a commercialization strategy that facilitates and accelerates innovation from research through commercialization. We follow a disciplined project execution process based on successive refinement, from concept, research, analysis, design, prototype development, laboratory and field testing, software and system development, and technology transition and commercialization. Finally, we build on the complementary experience of our team and partners to reduce project risk and accelerate the research to commercialization cycle.
